Reporting Systems

This unit handles a variety of reporting responsibilities for the agency, serves as a clearinghouse for reporting information regarding a variety of agency processes, and provides a tracking mechanism for various agency processes. 

Main areas of focus include:

• Providing review, assessment, and oversight of incident reporting to assist in ensuring the health and safety of individual enrolled for TCBMRDD services
• Filing major unusual incidents with the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and oversight of such within the county
• Coordinating and tracking the Administrative Resolution of Complaints process
• Coordinating and tracking accreditation and planning processes, and related quality information processes for the county board
